Scientists claim that in winter our organisms need to stock up: with heartier foods that are warming and more satisfying.
So the foundation of our diet in winter is: proteins, healthy fats, nuts, hearty vegetables and grains.
It will be perfect if you refrigerator will be full of avocados, beets, winter squash, legumes like lentils, meats, and fatty fish like salmon and mackerel, hempseeds, chia seeds, and flaxseeds, olive and grapeseed oils, plus walnuts, hazelnuts, and brazil nuts.
